Hi Wayne the info your looking for can be found in this statement from the release.

Maximum has

agreed to contribute to the joint venture 25% of all monies expended on the

development of the property up to and including the earlier date of a full bankable

feasibility study or commercial achievement. At the conclusion, Maximum's

contributions shall revert to that constituted by its joint venture interest.

The agreement is for 20% although they have agreed to contribute 25% retro to the feasibility study. Once that is all said and done they will revert back to the 20% agreement.

Sometimes you have to read the releases a few times to get the full meaning of what is said.
