Skepticism is justified, but a lot of people who have looked into this have come away with the impression that IMUL is on to something big, i.e. using molecular biology to stop the allergic reaction from happening in the first place, not just treating symptoms.

My understanding is that the main objection of the FDA involves the placebo effect, which is getting in the way of demonstrating the effectiveness of the vaccines. We have to assume that these matters will be dealt with in the trials this summer, since the FDA has been intimately involved in their design (as I understand it).

I will bring this up, or it will presumably come up, at the annual meeting on 13 May and I will report back to you.

Best regards.
