bandwidth will more than triple... I have seen GTE's deployment of ADSL in action. It works, and it is available from other telcos. Pricing will be in the $40-$60 range per month for 1500 kbs (not a typo) downstream, and around 150kbs upstream for home/internet access. You will see it everywhere by '98, you can buy it today in limited areas. You might check the threads on Amati for information on this technology. I have some of their stock, but do your own research, and make your own conclusions.
