Can anyone explain how the merger will work for Earthlink shareholders? If Earthlink shareholders receive 1.6 shares of the company - What determines the share price when the merger takes place? Is there a formula? Also does anyone know the last day you can purchase Earthlink stock to participate in the equation? Would somebody please educate me on this?
