You need to do a little research - The only people to have sold a portion of their position is the LBO firm that took Vans over years ago - They have only sold a minor (10%) of their outstanding position - In the venture mrkts that is only common sense - remember that they own the shares at a cost of around $5. They still own well over 1,000,000 shares. I think the thing you want to focus on is that over the course of the last year as vans went from 10 to 20 twice - not a single insider on the mgmt side sold a share (Even at 21 they thought the shares were worth more) Just a little food for thought!!!!
