As far as I understand, you are tying to be sarcastic,
right? However it is certainly hard to deny that
the chopper was invented by Russian-by-origin.
What if I tell you that former Russians also
turned Pentium into Coppermine, wrote critical
parts of Intel's prefetching "SPEC compiler",
and fixed the instability problem in AMD Athlon
boards, would you believe me?
