That would be the idiot quote of the day. But if your a non thinker than its a fine quote. But in case anyone missed it, think about the Microsoft case. Aside from the merits of the case, does anyone think that these companies do not play hardball early and often? I don't think that Cisco and Lucent want to make the product that ADSP has anyway.(most think that its obsolete at present) But if they did they would undercut ADSP the same way that airlines change fare prices. Think about an upstart airline and a regular large airline. They undercut prices within minutes any time they want to compete with an upstart. ADSP is a cash starved small company not in same league with small dept of Cisco or Lucent. ADSP has no patent, license, mfr facility, or customer base. Nobody would want to buy them either. What they had was a good press release, released at a good moment in time.
