re: COMS and GUMM

Bill, I've been a bit of a fan of COMS for some time, picked some up early in the year around 22 and sold for a bit of a profit later. Uhhhh, looks like I shoulda held ;-) . But that's not why I write.

I just wanted to thank you for giving the GUMM shills such a complete workout, the kind of conditioning that perhaps could only be improved upon by including a daily helping of Purina Tout Chow in their diets. Your altruism in taking time to help them keep up their promotional skills is truly admirable. For this they should worship and adore you, preferably in some public fashion incorporating self-humiliation.

Whatever else may be true about GUMM, off the top of my head I could name 100 stocks I would invest in before GUMM, and could probably expand that list to several hundred were I to undertake the research.

People's investment goals and opinions differ, but I just don't see why being long in GUMM is so desirable. It certainly does seem like the party is over for the moment.
