However, upon consummation of the merger, an additional +/- 9.8 million shares will be issued. " Hey Dude...what is it about this,,,That doesn't make me want to Jump up and Click my heels? Second Question, Dude... What the heck is a "+/- shares" That would be pretty Kewl having a Minus 8 Million share float.... Third Question< Dude...Did they award you any stock for pumping this stuff....?
