But now that we have GPS, they have divided the country into 100 hectare blocks called qudriculas (?) and all you have to do is take your GPS out and mark some area onto a map. They publish your claim in the official gazette and if nobody contests you get the concession and then pay for it. I'd bet GE has not paid yet! Simplified but the way it is!! The “circles” wherein GE encircled to Cangalli Co-op is nothing but smoke. Nobody else wants this $hit! OT: Thanks for the support on SI folks!! Not only did JB sail but he also skippered!! No Rocks!! LOL
