Re: Woosh! $370 bln! makes the head spin Richard & Banco$, Perhaps I don't understand those Y2K 'liquidity options' very well (Reply# 45277), but it looks to me like a way for the FED to make 370 billion in loans available during the rollover period WITHOUT the banks having to post collateral.
