Valley Girl: You're patience is about as strong as mine. I played the msft summer earnings run and sold 99 1/2 the fri. before earnings. I have since daytraded msft and averaged over a point a day since july. If you want to buy and hold msft, do so, but why not make a second buyin and daytrade it some? The person who posted it's the number of winners you pick is completely wrong, it's more money management and cutting losses than anything else. I use a chatroom and when someone post msft, csco, or whatever at LOD, LOW OF DAY, I simply click my mouse and buy some.
