Inc. (OTC-BB: SEXI) has named Dr. Jerry T. Thornthwaite as the company's
Executive Vice President of Scientific Affairs.

Dr. Thornthwaite has significant expertise in bringing products to
the medical marketplace and his efforts have generated more than
$1,000,000 in sales. He also holds several patents for medical products
which have significant commercial value.
Among his scientific accomplishments are his discovery of the
natural killer cell, our natural defense against cancer, and the
prognostic significance of DNA analysis of tumors. Dr. Thornthwaite has
spent 20 years in the instrumentation, reagent development and practical
application of these technologies in the development of clinical
immunology cancer laboratories at Cedars and Baptist Medical Centers in
Miami. He has had his work published in over 60 publications in the
fields of cancer and AIDS. He holds a doctoral degree in Chemistry from
Florida State University.
