BTW 1) Chapter 11 for Syquest will mean an end to the stockholders. 2) Chapter 7 is unlikely, but it won't mean much to the stockholders since they won't end up with anything anyway. 3) Even if General Motors had NEGATIVE NET WORTH in the BILLIONS because of Pension liabilities, are you implying that Syquest's negative net assets is due to pension liabilities? (I'm visibly crying at this point because I'm laughing so hard...) 4) Iomega buy Syquest? (I'm still laughing...) If they bought Syquest, for more than $1 per share, we all would downgrade their stock. It would mean that Iomega had hired somebody stupid. Regards, Jimmy Parks (Still laughing :-))
