Tomas and Randy and Gerald:

Increasing the number of shares that dramatically would certainly be a great concern. In this particular case, that is not what is happening. What they are doing is increasing the authorized shares, not the outstanding shares. That is a very important distinction. For example, right now they have 30 k shares authorized and about 16.5 k outstanding. I'm pretty sure that they will have at least 20 K outstanding before the year is out, and that may end up being too conservative. That is just one of the unfortunate problems of owning microcap stocks - they always need money and selling stock is their only way to raise that money.

As to the Dolgoff issue, I am no expert but I believe that he sued regarding the election of directors because he was pissed off that the company booted him off the Board, and was trying to upset the election. This issue is basically resolved, with only the question of who pays his legal bills still to be determined.

It also seems as though there will be some movement on the receiver issue before month-end.

If anyone want to read a report that I wrote on PJTV, visit either projectavision.com or hawkassociates.com. Both places have copies, in different formats, of a report that I wrote. I hope that this helps.
