Joey,
I have taken an exerpt from the news release and wish to emphasize one critical element of that piece.
"Integral, which is presently not a reporting company, anticipates filing its Form 10 imminently, with the Securities and Exchange Commission."
Please note that the press release uses the word "imminently" when referring to filing of the financial forms. In this posters opinion, this will open the door to many investors who are waiting in the wings and would not otherwise invest in a non-reporting company.
Additionally, I believe that ITKG has finally made it to the "production" level. The "development" stage has been lengthy and obviously quite successful ; while the "testing" phase has been very impressive. Now, let's make thousands of these antennas and address the bottom line which is "revenues".
ITKG is clearly following a well defined road to success with the development, testing, and now sale of its' new line of technologically advanced antennas.
Once the financial forms are a matter of public record, I believe shareholder value will increase significantly due to new investors coming on board.
Yes, all this has taken time. We, as private investors, tend to focus on share valuation rather than the behind the scenes work necessary to bring a fledgling company such as ITKG to this level of "production" and hence success. In my view, share valuations will begin to increase as we are informed of additional and larger contracts.
I am long this stock !
Warm Regards,
