Curtis,

I'm holding at a loss, too-but bleeding or not, I "refuse" treatment. TBFC is a great company with or without EGRP. I'm sure they want this merger--picture this:
Interest rates go up, but EGRP customers don't have to move their
money out because they can offer higher interest rates on CD's, etc.,
through Telebank.... that's a scenario any brokerage house would want. I would love to have shares of EGRP, but if I have
to buy them without the merger I will. Keep in mind that TBFC is
the largest and oldest internet bank with deposits of over $2 B and don't forget alliances with Sam's club, GFN.com, and others. We'll be fine in the long run.
We just have to be alittle more patient. I bought TBFC for a reason
and I'm keeping it for a reason, too. Have a nice Thanksgiving!

Janie
