Jim, We are vigilant for signs of market pressures, just like we watch market depth. Some of us are still getting in and want the best price (penny pinchers). Certainly we are watching for houses scooping shares. We also watch for insiders, as best we can. I am sure there are more reasons ... humbly, Dean
