Another point that I really didn't pay much attention to
until now: Check out the XAU (here is one link: tscn.com for a 2 year period. One of the obvious
points to learn is that the actual low was set in 1998.
We have NOT violated that low since. Gold has dropped
further, of course, but the XAU didn't. Positive divergence
Check out the gold funds too, e.g. the Gold-eagle fund
average: same result. Lows were established in 1998,
not seen since. This would lend credence to the thesis
that gold stocks have turned for the better.
