We can argue about business sense and installers, but the fact is they don't have enough and AOL would not help

basic premise of any business...never, ever, turn a customer away, because if you do they will go somewhere else(dsl), and tough to get them back "when you are ready"

AOL experienced this with their constant busy signals 3 years ago. How soon people forget. No company grows without pains of some sort.

Again, my point.. AOL would do nothing to help.
