NT will take care of the memory management and make the environment a LOT more stable. I strongly recommend it. Clarence can step you through the hard parts <gg>. NT really is worth the trouble of the upgrade, especially for a trader where stability is worth $$$$. I'd be tempted to wait for Windows 2000 at this point, though. The other thing I strongly recommend is ultra-DMA disks. Spots
