There is a question about the HLIT buyout of DIVI. Is there a collar on this trade? In other words, regardless of what HLIT is trading at, we will get about .5 shares of HLIT for every one of CUBE. If HLIT is at 80, we get about 40 dollars worth of HLIT. If its 20, we get 10. There are no max or mins that would kill this deal if HLIT goes above or below a certain price. Is this correct?
