re:"flag" John J. Murphy used to preach "Flags fly at half-mast from a flagpole", for these patterns normally appear at about the halfway point of the move. Don't doubt IBD. If indeed a flag, the move once resumed will duplicate the vertical distance from the original breakout point. Jim Willie, here we go!!!
