well, limtex, maybe you ask those guys working at Rover if they need BMW's money..or take a look at Ireland and ask yourself if all the nice Chip factories would be there without EC subsidies...could the farmers survive without the EC pricing mechanism ? ..or think about the importance of London as a financial center if the UK wasn't a member of the EC... 20 years ago the UK was an industrial museum, the small guy and the EC paid for the conversion. And they are still not up to speed. The UK has always been bitching about the EC, but at the same time they had their hands in Germany's and France's pockets and enjoyed the protective environment. It's time for the Brits to become a constructive member and help to make the EC a better organization. And yes, i like the UK and the people. I used to live near London. My father's stepfather is from Middlesborough. Jurgen
