Johnboy on a thinly traded stock as HYD has been lately, I think what you saw on Stockwatch was the momentary highest inside bid from a standing order that has been there for some time. HYD is not getting a lot of bids so until one came in higher the inside spread would show that .35.

Better to check the market depth, even the delayed depth at the ASE site helps.

There you'll see one bid for 10,000 at .35 and one of 4000 at .31 that have been there for a while. On the sell side you'll see asks all the way from $1.15 to 11,400 at $2.
