Steve, as an electrical engineer, I find your description of ILNK's technology hilarious. If I may paraphrase, "ILNK doesn't use a modem, instead they use a device that converts analog voice signals to digital for transmission over a phone line". You mentioned that you have a background in mulit-level marketing, not equities analysis. Yes, if someone gathers a bunch of people to all buy an illiquid stock, they can drive up the price. It appears that they have mislead you and others regarding the technology so that you will bid up the price and they can cash out. Sorry.
