If you're short this stock, flodyie, you are in deep trouble, AMPD is moving up fast... I don't think the class action lawsuit noise is affecting this stock at all... especially if the ambulance chasers can't find plaintiffs to push their play.... Incidentally, the justice system has made it much more difficult to push these class action moves, and it requires much more solid evidence of wrongdoing than before...
