IPO: HCL Technologies order book sneaks past Rs 20,000 cr($4.6 billion) HCL Technologies' initial public offering (book-built portion) of 12.78 lakh shares has received Rs 20,100-crore worth of investor demand or 27 times the number of shares offered.
