The companies merge successfully with positive press releases, but no new products and the name of the company remains "Netrix Corp". Estimate: $12.00 - $18.00 per share. Scenario B. The companies merge successfully with positive press releases including one or more new products (likely improved VPN switching/terminal hardware)and the name of the company remains "Netrix Corp". Estimate: $19 - $28.00 per share. Scenario C. The companies merge successfully with positive press releases including one or more new products (likely improved VPN switching/terminal hardware) and the name of the company is changed shortly after the shareholders meeting to a totally new and exciting name; e.g. : "Digital Virtual Horizons". Estimate: $28.00 - $58.00 per share. Scenario D.
