Sir, it is a clean shell. It is a fully SEC reporting company, but, so far as I know, it has no revenues, except from Interest Income. It is looking for a company to take-over, merge, or maybe joint venture with. I thank that if anything happens it may be a merger. Remember, this is a "Penny Stock" and a shell at that. Albeit, a clean shell, meaning it has little or no outstanding debt. This type company can move pretty good on nothing more than rumor and gossip.
