I can't believe they're selling this thing by direct mail!!!!! Just...send it out and the customers will come....what a joke! They definitely need to be more pro-active in getting sales...they mentioned this in the last conf call...they need to follow through... I believed in mngmnt and Foley...now they look like fools! You're damn right I'm mad, Paul (what's the PSR now..... .7?)
