Per a recent advisory, and assurance that it is public knowledge, yes - ECNC's business model is one of the ones under consideration. At the time, other issues more relevant to my work were being discussed. So, to answer your next question - I don't have a clue which agency is involved at the moment. Contact Manny - and he can pin it down for you more readily than I. John :-)
