FROM TD BANK

Canadians have four new ways they can take full advantage of the long-term growth potential that greater exposure to foreign capital markets has to offer.

The Green Line Nasdaq RSP Index Fund, Green Line Science & Technology RSP Fund, Green Line Global Select RSP Fund, and the Green Line U.S. Blue Chip RSP Equity Fund represent opportunities for unitholders to benefit from increased global diversification beyond the 20-per-cent foreign content portion of their RRSPs.

"We believe the four new funds are ideal for Canadians who may have maximized their RSP foreign content and are seeking additional geographic and currency diversification to further reduce overall risk," said Mark Wettlaufer, president, TDAM. "Some experts estimate that, depending on an individual's risk tolerance, the ideal foreign exposure within an RRSP is approximately 60 per cent and vehicles such as our new Global RSP funds are the only way to get there."

Actually JDX would also be the way to get there and would give holders significantly better growth potential. When the papers pick up our story and explain how JDX is a vehicle to buy pre-IPO U.S tech./internet companies in their RRSP accounts without having to worry about the 20% foreign content rule we will have a whole new group of investors. Maybe I will write the National Post a letter, anyone know the editor?

Best Regards
KEITH
