Another factor is that enough people are not expecting a settlement. So if there is a settlement, imagine what would do that to the stock. 1.51 * 100 PE => 151. 1.70 * 100 PE => 170 by Jan. It may look ludicrous. But if settelement is confirmed there is no other pressure on the stock, there is only upward rpessure due win2000 potential.
