There are a couple of programs around that say they read RT data from esignal and Qcharts and put data into GET EOD. The dos version of EOD used to accept 60 min from COQ, it was offered at a good price maybe $50. You received data at EOD, it was limited to about 3000 stocks.

I rarely use scans bur might review their use in RT. That capability is forecoming shortly.

I can't find those programs now, but you might search net, if I find references, I will post.
