Last evening about 8:30 someone on Yahoo presented a PR as just released or to be released and that it was a sneak preview. Then the (news) was spread around all the sites. I don't know what name to offer but I think that it was a considerable misrepresentation to say the least. That news was from last spring with the dates deleted and a few other changes. I guess you could call it an attempted trick. Then another guy has been repeating the RASCAL pr from two years ago and leaving out the date on that and suggesting that it was current. Choose whatever words you like but the bottom line is that there is considerable obvious deception.
