One of the ways I find out about names I trade is by talking to someone in sales. I've found that the sales force is ALWAYS easier to reach than IR and has an extremely good working knowledge of the co.
I did this with DataReturn and asked one question.
"Who is your main competitor?"
Answer,"Exodus".
That's where I got my info.
