Good move N. But remember that the NYSE BP covers a bunch of stocks and most 401Ks are in big cap / index funds that are effected by a only handful of stocks. It hasn't been unusual for the NYSE BP to turn down and the major averages follow weeks or months later. FWIW, I use the 30 week for risk level for those big cap funds in my 401K that I am stuck with.
