I like many on this thread am well aware how long ago the last SPO was. It was painful then but unfortunately it was necessary for the company to continue operations. Have you been to their new website? Frankly, I thought the old site was kind of lame while this new site is 200% better. I like the layout, I like the extended features, and I think with the improved future profit visibility that Egghead is providing Wall Street that this stock will get some needed recognition.

I don't like it any time that I see one of my holdings do a SPO because of the diluting affect that is causes to my shares. But with an earnings plan in place now that I can follow it will allow me a better chance to keep an eye on my investments.
