Doug: I think I will subscribe to the CYRIX mail list. I don't have a lot of experience working on computers, but the people on this thread have convinced me to upgrade my Dell Dimension 75. I do have experience in the electronics field, but when it comes to computers, I get cold feet. I just changed from a 14.4 modem to a 33.6 Boca modem. Cheap but I don't want anything good yet because my provider doesn't support above 28.8. Having said that, is the Nasdaq home page down? Every since I replaced my modem with the Boca modem, I can't get that page to respond. It contacts them and says that it is transfering data, but just sits there for minutes. All other links and pages have worked OK. Scheb
