I missed STMP, I won't be missing
OPAY.

When I read that IRS was including
OPAY's number in the 1040 booklet,
I immediately doubled down.

I think that run to nearly 40 last
week was an indication of the interest
in this stock. The fact that I've
seen virtually no hype on it serves
to make it more appealing.
