I thought the name Alo was that of one of Guzman's pals at Busang, other than John Felderhof. Could it be that Felderhof is using Alo as a cover of some sort while he is in Perth, Western Australia? I find it rather strange he is now there because it had been reported he was under virtual house-arrest at Busang, that he was not allowed to interact with any of the personnel there and not allowed to leave Busang. A very interesting change!?!?
