Whereas I agree that ADSP doesn't have anything special, The Truthseeker should shoot for a little bit more accuracy in his press releases.
Only one of these companies exists.
ASCEND, CISCO, LIVINGSTON, BAY

Ascend and Livingston are a part of Lucent and Bay is a part of Nortel. This immediately calls into question The Truthseeker as an authority on this market.

And BTW: Though this certification is mandatory, it is by no means "routine".
