IMO....in order for the stock to move too much higher.....the plan will need to be released and greeted with a positive response. If there are larger holders who are undecided....the plan may help to get even more shares locked away. The more shares locked away.....the better. Stock that is locked away can't be sold....or borrowed for shorting.

I think many of the shares that have been bought over the last couple of weeks have been bought by a small number of people...who may be close to the situation, or serious at the very least....and that many of those shares will be locked up....In fact I think that was the reason they were bought.

Assuming that those shares will be withdrawn from the DTC upon lock up....... shorting will no longer be an option, as the number of shares left in street name will be very, very low. I don't know if MMs borrow from the DTC....but they must square their books eventually, I believe.

The day the shares are locked up and cancelled, will be an interesting day.....Me thinks.

Heck, I think there will be many more interesting days. If ANYI can produce a plan that can move the stock into the $6.00 range......and hold it there.....ANYI can call the warrants....and raise another $600,000....(they could really use the money) And by offering the same lock up to warrant converters.....they can keep most of those shares off the street also.

So...... as my theory goes......things get better as they get better.
