Well, it appears as though I have offended some -- and if that's the case then I truly apologize. My posting was geared more to the absurdity of comments about this "rumored buyout" than on my opinion of ADGI. I don't follow ADGI close enough to comment on its long term prospects. But I do know that ADGI is trading around $.35 which tells me several things. First, the current market perception is not highly positive. That can of course change over a several month period. Look at SEXI as a fine example. Heck, I'd even say SEXI was a dumpy little company a few months ago. However, I don't think you could have a made a case for SEXI buying out a much larger company at that time either (especially in an unrelated field). ADGI would have to fork over several hundred million dollars in cash or stock for SEXI. I can't find any rationale to explain how this could be done, and why ADGI would have an interest. Read SEXI's last press release -- it deals with video for grade schools. How does that fit into ADGI's business plan? You can talk about telemedicine, but I still consider that a stretch.

Also, please note that my comments in regards to ADGI are limited to this thread, which addresses a specific buyout. In my opinion, SEXI is doing just fine on its own and I don't really see how ADGI buying it would substantially help SEXI. Thornwaite is already involved with SEXI so there's no real advantage for the two companies to align, unless some large telemedicine deal could be worked out . But even that sounds far-fetched, as Thornwaite is already working on telemedicine deals for SEXI.
