For sure I am expecting multiple times return on TTP (from current price). How high multiple at this time is hard to predict.
Currently, I did not assignee any value to TTP MC other than Iloperidone. By this I am minimizing any possible negative from vaccine/pivanex/spheramine programs, still leaving room for positive surprise.
Once we know more data from Ilo clinical trials prediction will be more accurate.

I will suggest that you and others read Rick Harmon posts on this and second Titan tread @SI (thanks Rick) about company business plan and *leverage* issue.

TTP top management yet have to build strong and prospective business plan and show as what are their plan(s) for future. Cash from warrant and projected revenue needs to be put in proper programs. There (Medical Institution, University, private comps.,...) are still plenty of good technology and science idea to take advantage. Biotechnology is still at the early stage and has long way to go.
