Their main aim is to train eye-surgeons in less developed parts of the world. www.Oxfam.org Started as the OXford Committee for Famine Relieve. An independent American group, Oxfam America, was spawned sometime ago. Both groups can be reached via the URL. They do much more than famine relief now. More like Famine Prevention. Also involved in Women's Health issues.
