TVI Pacific- Toronto(TVI) looks very good to me. Why? Production coming on in 1998, have huge holdings in the Phillipines, own a drilling company there, large partners, good management, not over promoted, joint ventures in place with more to come, increasing reserves, and last but best - the stock is depressed. Look at this companies holdings, partners and prospects - is a buyout or future major producer in my opinion.
