Vortex, now the only thing we have to discover, maybe the company can tell us soon,is if they did financing via Regulation S or not....If they can give a statement that benefits the shareholder in regards to financing, that does not involve a dilution of shareholder value, I will be very supportive of this company...Regards, Mark
