Try closing QCharts and reopening it... Does that help? Are you able to get into QCharts, or does it freeze up after the login screen? If it is freezing up then, please delete your mkthours.inf file located in your QCharts directory. If you are able to get into QCharts, but no data shows up, then try hitting Ctrl-Alt-N to switch servers. If that still doesn't help, then you might want to check your connection with a utility like Ping Plotter (http://www.nessoft.com)
